Grégoire Virat has been with Eurogroup Consulting since 1999, focusing on leading and structuring complex transformation programs. His early work centered on implementing the European single market, especially within regulated industries. He later expanded his expertise to the public sector, guiding numerous state modernization projects through the public transformation practice.
In 2015, Grégoire took the lead of the digital transformation practice, where he concentrated on digital innovation, data-driven business models, and organizational change in the digital age. His work focuses on helping businesses embrace technological transformation to remain competitive.
Based in Singapore since 2021, Grégoire also co-heads the international committee, driving the firm’s growth in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Asia. He supports large corporations, mid-sized companies, and startups in their international growth and transformation efforts, especially in Southeast Asia, where innovation and digital transformation are vital for success.
