Grégoire Virat
Managing Partner
Grégoire Virat joined Eurogroup Consulting in 1999. He specializes in framing and leading complex transformation programs. His first missions relate to the implementation of the European single market, in particular for “regulated industries”. Then he joined the “public transformation” practice, and led many state modernization projects.
In 2015, he took over the development of the “digital transformation” practice. His work focuses on digital innovation and new business models, data-driven transformation and the transformation of organizations in the digital age. In 2021, he takes on the co-responsibility of the international committee. Based in Singapore, he leads the firm’s development in the Middle East and Asia. He supports his clients, large companies, mid-caps and startups, in their international development on growth, innovation and transformation projects.
